I am responsible for recording patients vitals, assisting Dr. Williams with
EMG/NCV tests, doing mini-mental state exam and scoring the test. I am also
responsible for handling all record request that come in to the office. I
handle medication refill request and getting the medication preauthorized,
if required. I also handle all of the preauthorization for any tests that
has been ordered by Dr. Williams. I am trained on a 3 line telephone system
and electronic medical record system. I am also responsible for scheduling
Lumbar Punctures and various other tests for patients at Fauquier Hospital.

required to pull the chart of a patient for phone calls. I was also

phone calls to the patients to confirm their appointment two days prior to
