. Accelerated SAP W/M and R/F implementation for an already established
ECC 6.0 manufacturer of solar energy panels.
. Responsible for the design, configuration, testing, training and
conversion to a full Storage Unit Managed, SAP R/F enabled warehouse
complex
. The project included conversion of more than 7000 Storage Locations
into a single WM complex without interrupting 7 x 24 production
operations

My engagement with DuPont began by serving as an SAP Distribution and
Logistics Expert with the DuPont Corporate Global SAP Project (DSAP).
Reporting to the Global Logistics Process Owner, my responsibilities
were to blueprint, design, prototype and integrate best business
practices that would serve as a leveraged design template for the
multiple DuPont business units' worldwide rollouts. DuPont's master
plan was to have one or more business units actively in each phase of
the life cycle: blueprint, realization and implementation
As individual business units were implemented, I became a dedicated
resource to that business unit throughout their rollout schedule. I
was assigned directly to the Business Units Process Owner, with
responsibility to advise, leverage the global design, to develop and
prototype business specific processes, design configuration, and to
support training, cutover and implementation.

business process blueprinting, system configuration, training, conversion
and implementation, utilizing SAP's ASAP methodology. Meadowcraft is a
multi-plant manufacturing and distribution corporation serving the consumer
products market.

Farnam Corporation, Phoenix, AZ (June 1999 - September 1999)
Served as Senior WM/MM Consultant and Team Lead for this project managed by
JJ Croney & Associates. Responsibilities included business process design,
system configuration, conversion, training and documentation,
implementation and go-live support for Warehouse Management, Inventory
Management and Shipping functions within the system, including requirements
for batch management. The client operates manufacturing and distribution
facilities in a multi-plant environment and serves the consumer products
industry. The project utilized SAP's ASAP methodology

Morgan Foods, Austin, IN (December 1998 - May 1999)
Assigned as Senior Consultant and Warehouse Management Team Lead on this
ASAP project for CSC, responsible for Warehouse Management, Inventory
Management and Shipping. The client required Storage Unit Management, Bar
Coding, and Batch Management in a multiple plant manufacturing and
distribution environment, as well as the total integration of the
production process (PP/PI) with Warehouse Management. Project
responsibilities included design, configuration, testing, conversion,
training, documentation and go-live support of these modules and processes.
Additionally, conducted a number of APICS certification courses to provide
Material Management and Scheduling education to Morgan's Project Team and
Executive staff. The project uses SAP's ASAP methodology.

Served as Senior Consultant and WM/MM Team Lead on this CSC project for a
multi-plant manufacturer and distributor of consumer product goods.

Inventory Management and Engineering Change Management modules. The
project utilized Bar Coding, Batch management and Storage Unit Management
functionality. SAP's ASAP methodology was utilized on the project.

Rubbermaid, Canada Incorporated (April 1998 - June 1998)
Assigned as Senior Consultant and Distribution Team lead on this CSC
product for the Canadian division of this consumer products company.
Responsible for system configuration, testing, documentation, training and
go-live support in a multi-plant manufacturing and distribution
environment, and for integration design, testing and implementation for
EPIC Data bar code and radio frequency system. The project involved
Storage Unit Management and integration of Repetitive Manufacturing with
Warehouse Management. Rubbermaid, a former employer, specifically requested
my involvement and support for their training and go-live support for their
Canadian Division, involving three plants.

As Senior Consultant, I was brought in to this CSC project only a month
before the go-live implementation, tasked with configuration, documentation
and training of the Warehouse Management module, involving Storage unit
Management and Bar Code/Radio Frequency integration. Developed the
integration specifications for the R/F integrator and delivered the WM
configuration and training on time.

As a business Warehouse Management expert, I joined the Corporate SAP
Global Transformation Team as a Key User of the Order Fulfillment Project

the corporate-wide implementation of SAP at Rubbermaid. My
responsibilities included requirements definition, gap analysis, system
configuration, testing, documentation and training for these functional

EPIC Data Bar Code and Radio Frequency system.
Rubbermaid, Inc., Winchester, VA (1989 - 1996)
Prior to joining the corporate Global transformation Team, I served as
Advanced Manufacturing Specialist for Rubbermaid's Commercial Products
Division. In that capacity, I was responsible for evaluating the
Divisions' manufacturing and Distribution Systems. My evaluation led to
the justification and implementation of an MRP-II and Warehouse Management
system, involving bar coding and radio frequency integration. My primary
responsibility on the project involved integration design, system testing,
conversion and implementation support. Implemented QSSI Warehouse
Management system and Vocam Transportation Planning system, and integrated
processes to ASI ERP system
NWL Control Systems, Kalamazoo, MI (1984-1989)
Served as Division Senior Procurement Specialist for this aerospace and
defense manufacturer. In that capacity, I was involved in the
implementation of Procurement/Accounts Payable systems and a DoD compliant
MRP-II system. My involvement included requirements definition, software
selection, justification, testing and implementation.

Over an eleven-year period, I held a variety of positions and served in
several locations with the Prestolite Division of Allied Signal, an
