• Human Resource Assistant organizing and maintaining employee confidential files, preparing and
sending offer package to new hire employees. I was responsible to research their background
qualifications for the position they accepted, scheduling their physical exams. If new hire was
relocating arrange temporary housing. I remained in constant, close contact with new employees
through the entire new hire process until new hire orientation to provide all the tools and
resources they will need to move forward and be successful in their new position. I would enter
all their information in our payroll system to complete the hiring process.
• Working closely with R&D training team to plan and arrange off site company events, building
course training, assign training, assign quizzes, and entering the instructor led course training for
employees verification into Compliance Wire system. Assisting as a system administrator with
the Compliance Wire training team for the implementation to target the specific training needs
that apply for the individual departments at the Corporate Hazelwood Site. This includes 3
facilities in the St. Louis area. With great success I help the team to bring to the entire system
online up and live at the Hazelwood Site with Compliance Wire ahead of schedule.
