Provided initial on-scene commander duties, controlling the response of

units to emergency and crisis situations, secured crime scenes, collected

and preserved evidence, and protected resources including 87 alarmed

facilities, covered security for over 3,000 square acres with 1,634 family

housing units and ten dormitories, serving a community population in excess

of 75,000 persons.
