10/2009 - Present Program Support Officer CHF International,
Silver Spring, MD
Work with several regional teams to provide on-going assistance including
making travel arrangements, arranging for authentication of documents,
organizing meetings and events, keeping meeting notes, and collecting,
filing, and submitting reports to donors. Arrange travel itineraries and
prepare employee expense reports as well as verifying accuracy, and
coordinating with finance to ensure proper payment. Coordinate
departmental meetings. Process purchase orders, travel advances, and other
payment requests. Compose correspondence, memorandums and other documents.
Create statistical reports and spreadsheets, update departmental manuals.

employees associated with CHF, including headquarters and field staff, as
well as consultants and volunteer workers. Reconciling monthly American
Express statements for company wide travel. Monitor and assure the correct
allocation of all funds to current programs in more than 23 countries
worldwide. Responsible for the tracking of agreements and contracts with
U.S. federal donor agencies, foreign governmental agencies, private donors,
and foundations. Responsible for the creation of yearly funding reports
that are presented to board members on a quarterly basis. Managed
relations with field offices, donors, board members, and diplomats. Act as
liaison to local hotels to negotiate accommodation rates for CHF
