payables (invoices that had been entered into computer

system), filing paid invoices, compiling special analyses

on Excel Worksheets from multiple requestors, etc. Resigned

position to recover from back surgery; AP department was

too short handed to cover my absence during a six-week

medical leave.

were not limited to representing the management company for

an apartment complex including assisting the Property

eviction court papers and appearing in court; setting up

and using QuickBooks to record all transactions for eight

separate entities including accounts receivable, accounts

payable, loan management, preparing tax forms, submitting

property tax payments, payroll for three employees,

collecting and recording monthly rent and mortgage

payments, preparing annual budgets and special reports,

etc. Lost position due to economic downturn in real estate

investing.
