SONY ELECTRONICS INC. 2007 to 2010

Executive Assistant/Department Administrator

. Fortune 50 Electronic Manufacturing Firm - Executive Assistant to

Senior VP and Departmental Administrator to 22 in Park Ridge New

Jersey encompassing 3 different departments. Broadcasting, Audio

. Generated all SMAPs orders for all items and equipment purchased

. Luxury Car Company - After sales Coordinator - Woodcliff Lake, New

Jersey - April 06 - November 07

GATEWAY BUILDING SERVICES 2004 to 2006

Procurement/ Sales/Office Manager

. Obtained and documented all office expenditures, and signed off on all

invoices before doing accounting. Affixed office budget, and found

ways to cut costs, saving the company from upwards of $10,000 a month

at times. Interacted with all clients, as well as vendors daily.

Produced monthly Reconciliation's for both sides of the house.

. Documented and prepared payroll for over 100 employees, including

upper Management. Solely responsible for all record keeping, for both

payroll and insurance (i.e. Workman's Compensation, Liability, etc) to

wit was prepared and sporadically audited by Agencies such as State

Employment and Insurance companies.

. Took care of all Expense Reports for Internal Staff

. Obtained and followed up on leads in Sales Division. Continued focal

point for all Customers, both previously in place and newly obtained.

. End-to-End contact person with all scenarios within Sales, as well as

Vendors and Customers.

ENKIDO, INC. 2001 to 2004

Procurement & Sales Director

. Reported directly to CEO.

. Revamped and ran Paramus Office with all Sales Personnel directly

reporting to me, as well as all Administrative Staff, in total

consisting of 9 people.

. Starting point from Sales Leads to actual Sale of Contract, as well as

being direct point person to clients, some upwards of Twenty Million

Dollars. Dealt with company Bank transfers, and had full sign off

authorization on all Expense Sheets for entire staff, including but

not limited to, cashing checks for company for upwards of $20,000 at a

time.

. Followed and documented all Office Expenditures, and signed off on all

invoices before they went to accounting. Affixed office budget, and

found ways to cut costs, saving the company from upwards of $10,000 a

month at times.

. Interacted monthly with largest client to obtain three separate wire-

transfers for three separate locations, amounting from $120,000

upwards to total over $1,600,000.000.32 in total. Than dealt

directly with bank to follow said transfers to insure accuracy of

transactions.

. Engineered and approved all Expense Reports for Staff, including that

of CEO and CFO for overseas trips

. Also over saw all of Human Resources, taking care of Payroll Semi-

Monthly, along with all Insurance Issues for company. Personally put

QuickBooks Pro version 2003, 8.0 into place, changing our Accounting

output and input for a more accurate, functional and user friendly

dynamic.

Accounting. Attended night school and weekends, while working fulltime

days. Took separate computer courses at Pace Computer School for expertise

in Microsoft Applications.
