design spec, and verified the manual by testing the software. Created the

graphics with screen captures and modified the screen captures with

Photoshop to create graphics consistent with the user's experience. Created

HELP files using HTML. Worked on the project from design to delivery.

and Validation groups.

Smart I.V. Pumps: created user's guides and technical service manuals for

the following programmable pumps: Symbiq, PCA Respiratory Monitor, and

Plum. Created the manuals using design spec information, verifying the I.V.

pumps' functionality, and interviewing SME's. Created graphics using Adobe

Illustrator. Wrote technical service manuals that direct the repair of
