• Working with customers to prepare their annual tax returns in an accurate, profitable manner. Looking
for avenues to save them tax deductions they have not been aware of in the past, thus producing a
larger refund for them.
• I have achieved the highest rate of accuracy in our office to date this year. I received a personal email
from my District Manager praising me for my handling of a new client, not only finding a much larger
refund for them, but doing a 2nd look on their 2008 taxes and finding additional monies that they are
now being refunded.
• My outgoing personality is a real fit for this environment. I have met many new people in our office that
have requested that I save a date for them to return to me for next years tax preparation.

• I was responsible for all HR functions, Payroll, company taxes (both payroll and sales taxes in 3
states), AP/AR. Compiled and completed monthly and quarterly financials to send to the Corporate
Accounts for the official quarterly statements for the bank, balanced all bank accounts from 4 stores,
including 6 different accounts.
• Installed Quickbooks to use for our AP function as it worked better for our purposes than the software
we used for our rental accounts, inventory and AR. Trained other office personnel on Quickbooks and
general ledger for data entry of incoming invoices.
• Over the years, used numerous different brands of Payroll programs and companies, including
processing in house for over 20 years. Very literate with ADP, Paychoice, ISI payroll processing
companies.
• I continue to work part time from home on AR, AP and financials for the company until our rental
accounts are 100% depleted and closed.

• We sold Blessing Music to Q&F in February 2009, and I was hired to Manage the Elkhart store.
• My job responsibilities included overseeing all staff including office and repair, daily balancing of the
cash and making deposits. Making sure we had adequate stock and ordering all needs for inventory
purposes.
• All customer service issues had to be resolved to ultimate customer satisfaction. I was quite proud of
scoring 99% on a customer service test I took in November at an employment agency after I left. I feel
it truly showcases my ability to gauge customer needs and react accordingly to retain customer
loyalty, yet maintaining company profitability.
• When they closed our Elkhart store to relocate to Mishawaka, I chose to resign.
