capacity planning and industry best practices for Borland’s 900 production servers and worldwide Network
components. Improved systems availability to 99% through continuous process improvement and configuration
standardizations.
• Program Managed the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for 2004/05/06. Created and Monitored processes. Met with
C-Level and Big 4 Auditors remediating and implementing processes to comply with SOX regulations.

Senior Director Portal Operations (Managed staff of 19 and responsible for a budget of $7M)
• Responsible for Data Center Operations, NOC, Desktop, change management and IT HIPPA compliance.
Improved systems availability, operational strategic planning, renegotiated contracts and other cost containment
methods resulting in $1.5M annual savings in operational costs.
• Project managed the M&A consolidation of 14 companies located throughout the US. Merged all computer and
network operations into 2 data centers.
• Managed and designed upgrades including cabling, electrical and HVAC for Data Center and Development Lab
build-out of a 4000 sqft. data center.

Lucent & Remedy Help Desk software.
