Operation

and startup of a $10 million electrostatic plotting paper production

. Multi-facetted production layout consisting of paper coating line,

liquid batch mixing system, tank farm, paper converting/winding

machines, offset printing equipment, controlled by master and slaved

PLC's.

. Interfaced with subsidiary developmental engineers, installation

following design changes during installation and startup

Process Engineer - Production Facility (Project Management)

o Served on team of engineers responsible for design and start up of

300,000 sq. ft. $35 million production manufacturing facility to

support introduction of new Xerox Copier with focus on the carrier

coating operation.

o Facilitated startup of plant, training for new operators, and

production transition to 3 shift operation.

o Facilitated technical seminar on jet milling to Xerox plant technical

staff in Brazil working through technical language barrier.
