and startup of a $10 million electrostatic plotting paper production

liquid batch mixing system, tank farm, paper converting/winding

PLC's.

Process Engineer - Production Facility (Project Management)
o Served on team of engineers responsible for design and start up of
300,000 sq. ft. $35 million production manufacturing facility to
support introduction of new Xerox Copier with focus on the carrier
coating operation.
o Facilitated startup of plant, training for new operators, and
production transition to 3 shift operation.
o Facilitated technical seminar on jet milling to Xerox plant technical
