of forty convenience stores located throughout north western / south

western Pennsylvania. Provide technical support to store managers and

assistance manager as issues arise. Troubleshoot and repair stationary

refrigeration equipment, commercial restaurant fryers, milk shake machines,

frozen beverage equipment, kitchen intake fans and exhaust fans systems,

Radiant POS (point of sale) registers and order points, associated

printers and LAN components.

V Decreased service related trouble calls by reviewing history or calls

and assembling a customized maintenance regiment.
