Objective To obtain a career in a field where I can put forth my best efforts and skills. My

goal is to be able to execute my knowledge to the best of my abilities, while taking advantage of any and

every opportunity that presents itself.

Experience

Unemployed (Maternity Leave/Stay at home mom)

Feb. 2009 – Current

From Feb. 2009 to Sept. 2009 I was pregnant and that is why I was not working.

Between Sept. 2009 and now I have been a stay at home mom. My little one is

big enough now that I am ready to get back into the world of work!

Human Resource Assistant

Oct. 2008 - Feb. 2009 Money Mart Pawn San Antonio, TX

This position required me to learn an array of tasks in a very short period of time.

I was responsible for payroll on a weekly basis for the entire company, which was

500+ people. This also included knowing what store every single employee

worked at in order to ensure that payroll was sent to the correct stores. I was

responsible for bonuses as well. I had to call every store and get their individual

supply lists and get the supplies together and shipped to each store. I was also

responsible for calling applicants and scheduling interviews; sometimes I

conducted the interviews as well. I was also responsible for going the orientation

for the new employees on their first day.

Property Manager

Jan. 2008 - Apr. 2008 Casa Linda Apartments (99 UNITS) Oklahoma City,

OK

This position required a tremendous amount of patience as well as knowledge

and the ability to learn quickly. This was a one person office, ran solely by yours

truly. I was not only in charge, but was also responsible for, EVERYTHING

imaginable. I took care of every resident personally. I moved new residents in

and old residents out. I effectively reduced the delinquency, collected rent, and

deposited it expeditiously. This complex entered a remodeling stage with Price

Edwards and I was also in charge of that as well. While going thru the

remodeling stage it was my responsibility to make all decisions with that as well.

Sometimes it was a tough job, but it was very rewarding. With my organizational

skills, patience, and my personal goals in mind, I made it a better place and I left

the property in much better shape than it was when I got there. We used the

YARDI computer system both on and offline versions.

Assistant Property Manager

Oct. 2007 - Jan. 2008 Apple Creek Apartments (248 UNITS) Norman, OK

This position required me to do many challenging things everyday. I was the first

and the last impression to the clients and potential clients. I effectively reduced

the delinquency, as well as collected rent and deposited it expeditiously. I was

also in charge of entering all data and work orders into the computer system

(YARDI - online and offline) efficiently. I was also responsible for the first stages

of evictions. I had to walk the units and decide what needed to be done to move

the next person in.

Bank Teller

Jun. 2007 - Oct. 2007 Bank of the West Oklahoma City, OK

This position required me to delicately handle large quantities of money

sufficiently as well as accurately. I also had a tremendous amount of interaction

with the people who came into the branch. Being the ONLY full time teller I

frequently worked alone, so I was able to put many of my talents to use quickly,

such as: multi-tasking, organizational skills, problem solving, and working well

under pressure.
