Newcastle Building Society, Northumberland. UK
Newcastle Building Society provide all aspects of financial management and
services including: Investment Planning (including High Interest Bearing
accounts following the FTSE); Mortgages, Home Insurance, Pensions and
Equity Release, Will Writing and Funeral Planning.
From joining I quickly progressed through training on the various service
packages, achieving high pass rates. I met and often exceeded very
challenging product targets set forth by the company. This was achieved
through ensuring customers financial goals and needs were explored and met.
On account of my exemplary customer skills many customers sought always to
deal with me.
I assisted customers with their general banking needs such as checking,
savings, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. I was involved in training,
performing corporate marketing tasks, and telesales. In addition I was
solely responsible for the administrative organization and clerical
management tasks for the Branch such as creating the target sheets,
generating new incentives for each quarter, account opening and
authorizing, answering phones, data entry, mail, filing, and the ordering
and management of office supplies. In order to perform my job effectively,
it was critical I was proficient with computer knowledge and the specific
company software established by Newcastle Building Society. This knowledge
allowed me to perform data base coding to properly keep track of day to day
transactions and tasks.
Now married and living with Permanent Residency in the US and Green Card, I
am extremely keen to further my career with a company that focuses on
rewarding hard work and loyalty.
Nursing Clinical Assistant: May 2005 - April 2007
