Hiring Manager
Re: Human Resources Assistant position
Dear Hiring Manager,
Thank you for accepting my application for the Human Resources Assistant
position. As a young professional with interest in companies that allow for
personal growth and promotion, I am genuinely excited about the opportunity
to work and grow with your company. Moreover, with several years of
executive, clerical, technical, and project experience, I am the perfect
candidate for your needs. Enclosed is my resume for consideration of this
great position.
I am a fast and thorough, as well as eager, learner - a characteristic
all of my mentors, professors, managers, and colleagues, will support. I am
a self-starter who is not afraid of hard work or long nights. I have ample
project, clerical and technical skills, and am computer savvy. My skills,
professionalism, and positive attitude will most definitely be of benefit.
As an Administrative Marketing assistant, and prior as a Corporate
Project Assistant and Executive Assistant respectively, I have worked with
top-clients and the public on administrative, project, marketing, sales,
research and data, and corporate and legal matters. I utilize my own time-
management skills, regularly adhere to deadlines, work with and for the
entire team, take on extra assignments, and am always ready and willing to
learn new tasks and take on new projects.
Furthermore, I am well trained in data entry, customer service, clerical,
information technology, filing, calendar management, visual communications,
client correspondence, and some accounts receivable and payable executions.
I am able to learn quickly, able to adapt easily, and most importantly - I
am able to do so on my own accord, in a timely fashion. Thus, whatever I
may lack in experience now, I will soon come to excel in.
I am sure that it would be worthwhile for us to meet. I would love to
arrange a meeting, and am open to your time frame. Should you have any
questions, please contact me via phone, at 626-***-****, or via email, at
abk21p@r.postjobfree.com. Thank you for your time and consideration. I
greatly look forward to hearing from you.
Respectfully submitted,
/s/ Melissa Hernandez
