. Performed various tasks associated with the production and shipment of

fire extinguishers for Military Ground Vehicles.

. Reviewed, expedited and made adjustments to requisitioned materials

and POs based on automated MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

system. Reviewed daily receiving reports to maintain material flow

and requirements. Helped to reduce excess inventory through vendor

stocking, local outside vendor storage and blanket POs. Coordinated

the movement of needed materials from outside storage for manufacture.

. Helped to coordinate physical inventory by segregating, identifying,

locating and consolidating stock by utilizing inventory, location and

usage reports and item drawings. Was key to reconciliation efforts by

reviewing work orders, inventory transactions, shipments, receipts,

rejections and scrap reports.

. Successfully interfaced with government and military forecasts to

create a unique, rolling 8 week production schedule of fire

extinguishers for Military Ground Vehicles. This schedule contributed

to an increase in the forecasted items to ship from 80% to 95%. Daily

integrity. Generated a sales order dollars to ship for the month

report for Materials, Purchasing and Planning Managers on a weekly
