General Manager

Spearheaded the entire business operation, ($4.5m sales) owning full P&L

responsibility. Directed all of the day-to-day functions of the sales floor

for multiple retail shops. Performed direct vendor purchasing, and

initiated marketing and sales promotions. Conducted financial activities

such as annual budget development, expense and inventory control, payroll

and daily banking. Led human resource functions for a staff of 30,

including hiring, firing, training, staff motivation and scheduling.

Collaborated with local enterprises in promoting the retail business.

Provided monthly operational and financial reporting to the corporate

office in the U.S. Partnered with government departments to promote Red

Sail Sports, as well as the entire tourism business for St. Kitts.
