MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

. Managed Oracle 11i ERP testing. The Order to Cash system replacement

project involved overseeing twenty-three resources for integration

test 1, 2, 3, User acceptance test 1 and 2. Areas covered order

management, warehouse management, pricing, ATP, finance, materials,

and manufacturing.

. Managed IT System audit process. Worked with IT Operations Director,

IT Network Director, IT Applications Director, IT Group Vice

President, and Finance Manager to facilitate and standardize the

yearly IT system audit process.

. Traveled on-site to implement WMS and SBC systems in Singapore,

Germany, Netherlands, and Canada. Oversaw these implementations in

Brazil, Japan, Australia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and China.

. Productivity improvements over 300K realized during an order

management special message project. Recommended changes to both order

management and warehouse management systems to standardize and

implement work flow to drive system functionality. The result ended

up with not only financial savings but improved productivity within

the warehouse and customer service.

. Reduced handling of 90% of the pick tickets that were printed daily by

recommending changes at minimal cost to a racking project that

eliminated manual printing, sorting and selection of these pick

tickets.

. Managed project to implement carrier rating and services. System

performed economic carrier analysis of orders that directed how orders

would be shipped via different truck and parcel carriers. Final cost

saving was estimated at around 200K annually.

. Implemented electronic data interchange transactions, EDI-215, into

shipping barcode as well as order management systems. Reduced carrier

shipping errors and manual processing in warehouses.

automating the testing process.
