designs for a handicap 1630 sf unit and a 2-story 1630 sf unit.
Designed 4 different 1986 sf units for officers ( 64 lots) which
included a design for a handicap 1986 sf unit. Designed a 1705 sf unit for
the Chief Master Sargeant of the Air Force who transferred to Moody
AirForce Base upon hearing about our new subdivisions. Designed two 2029 sf
units for Colonel officers ( 32 lots) .
Submitted drawings for permits and Prepared RFI.s for Engineers.
Coordinated designs with the Moody AFB (client), American Eagle
Development, Capstone Builders and Engineers.
