Profile: As a Project Superintendent, I have had total responsibility for Field Operations as well as

setting Budgets, Subcontractor selections and Project closeout. I have an excellent safety record on all of

the projects in which I have been involved. I have a track record of completion of projects on time and on

budget. During my 30+ years of construction experience, I have been involved in all types of construction

- including heavy industrial, tenant improvements, retail and medical/hospital. I have been with Layton

Construction for the past 13 1/2 years, and the following is a list of projects in which I have been involved

as a Project Superintendent.

May 2006 - Palmdale Medical Center, Palmdale California

March 2010 $140,000,000 Hospital.

As Project Superintendent and part of the hand-picked original start-up team, took project

from ground up through completion of structure, inclusive of all site work, exterior shell

and roof. I worked closely with assigned IOR’s and OSHPD officials.

January 2006 - Anthem Properties - 60,000 sf, Boise Idaho

May 2006 $8,000,000

This project was a core and shell with build out. Involved with all pre-construction work

including assisting in design and the selection of subcontractors.

March 2005 - Anthem Properties (Steven Henager College Building) 80,000 sf, Murray Utah

February 2006 $9,000,000

This project was a core and shell with build out. Responsibilities involved all site and

building coordination, scheduling and build-out of approximately one-half of the building.

This project was a combination Jail, Court, Police Station /General offices.

Responsibilities entailed all site and building coordination and scheduling.

March 2003 - Graff building remodel/Dixie College Performing Arts Center,

July 2004 St. George Utah

$16,000,000

This project was a remodel of an existing building and construction of a new performing

Arts Building. Responsible for complete project management including budgets, buyout

and scheduling of Graff building remodel. As superintendent on the Dixie Performing Arts

Center. Assisted in all phases of coordination and scheduling of the new building.

This project was a new building - responsibilities were for all site and building

coordination, scheduling and interior build out. Extensive site work involved

relocating a service canal and creating water features.

ACI award winning project for Excellence in concrete.

This project was a build out, for a past client, for the production of vitamins and

supplements. Responsibilities were for all site and building coordination and

scheduling.

All site and building coordination and scheduling for distribution center.

All site and building coordination, scheduling and interior build out for conversion of a

warehouse into a call center.

As Project Coordinator, responsible for coordination of all trades for completion of all of

the lobbies of the building. The lobbies extended on all four floors involving extremely

high-end finish details.

May 1997 - Primary Children’s Hospital - University of Utah Campus, Salt Lake City Utah

As Project Coordinator, coordinated all trades for completion of interior build out of

assigned areas. Special challenges involved interior remodel within fully operating

hospital.

the concrete construction component of the jail cell areas.
