. Restructured the legal operations to gain efficiencies in contract
execution speed and risk management.
. Managed all litigation, customs regulations issues, intellectual
property, dispute resolution, administrative matters, and outside
counsel.
. Improved communications with outside counsel to achieve quicker dispute
resolutions and reduced fees by handling more matters in-house.

. Introduced new elements to move culture toward compliance culture
