* Assisted in the closure of Northgate location and opening of Puyallup

(provided bartender training).

* Utilize computer applications such as: LMS Labor Management, Dash Point-

of-Sale, Daybook Tracking, MS Word, and Excel.

Prior Experience: Server/Bartender, Friday's Restaurant, Phoenix, AZ 1998-

2000; All Entry Positions, Olive Garden Restaurant, Reno, NV. Education:

4 years at Glendale Community College; working towards BA in Education.
