Foundation, maintaining relationships with various Program Directors across the state of North Carolina to spread

Daniel, LLC and the Team Daniel Foundation that was approved by members of the Quality Management Team and

implemented, creation of a new marketing plan for Team Daniel, LLC, monitoring and managing the Team Daniel,

EMPOWERED Magazine Wrote several articles for EMPOWERED, conducted various interviews to gain

information for EMPOWERED, implemented a distribution plan for the magazine, secured advertisers for the

Resource Page within the magazine, responsible for the layout of the magazine using Adobe InDesign CS3 software,

and worked closely with the Director of Communications in the editing process.

Respite Fund Managed Respite Fund applications by ensuring that all appropriate procedures were followed in a

timely manner, including assembling Respite Fund application packets for the President and Communications

Director for review, sending completed applications to the Selection Committee on a monthly basis, collecting the

scores from the Selection Committee for approval or denial of the application, contacting applicants in a timely

manner to inform them of their approval or denial via telephone and mail and creating a file for each approved

applicant and presenting them to the appropriate Administrative Assistant for the initiation of services.

• Fundraising Assisted EASE in planning a fundraiser to raise funds for EASE, Inc., which is a non profit

organization serving the low income elderly in Lee and Russell Counties as well as developing a event plan and

• Marketing Developed a 6 month marketing plan for EASE, which included an action plan to determine how EASE

will meet its goals with measurement tools in place.

• Public Relations Planned two speaking engagements, public service announcements at two local radio stations, and
