Worked directly with all levels of External RAID (Redundant Array of

Independent/Inexpensive Disk) Storage engineering. Oversaw product

development, delivery and support from Engineering to largest External

Storage OEM customer, IBM.

. Maintained interface with the Program Director of High Volume Storage
