Summary

My name is Kathy McDonald and I have worked in a variety of offices

as an Assistant for several years. I have answered phones, am able to multi-

task and cross train for other positions in the office. I have also

successfully managed my own business for 6 years while maintaining good

work ethic. My business grew from minimal accounts to close to 100 accounts

(Government, State and Private) in a matter of months. I am a very detail

oriented, motivated and goal focused individual. I am also able to

coordinate, organize projects and meet deadlines under pressure. I am

extremely organized, flexible and easy to get along with. I am easily

trained and quick to learn administrative programs, policies and

procedures. I have experience working with Excel, Word documents in all

areas of spreadsheets and formatting. I have an encouraging and motivating

personality and I believe I will boost moral in the office. I am seeking a

skills and education with the potential for professional growth. I am also

a Qualified Sign Language Interpreter and am able to save you money by
