between Lockheed and phone service providers. Acted as second level help

desk tech to assist with software migrations and upgrades using ZAC (Zero

Administration Client) as well as Ghost for build outs.

Installed Secure LAN for USAFE HQ using encryption equipment and fiber

multiplexers. Installed 32 AFAMPE systems throughout Holloman AFB;

providing increased high-speed encrypted data access to the Base

Communications Center. Worked with Tech Control to install and

troubleshoot T-1 lines for data systems. Designed and built a high speed

encrypted video conferencing system. Performed maintenance on

cryptographic systems in SCIFs located on US Air Bases in Europe. Worked

with outside plant locating and splicing base phone lines (25-50 pr).
