Experience

2009-2010 Kaiser Aluminum, 6573 West Willis Road, Chandler, AZ 85226

Press Operator, Saw Operator, Forklift Operator

. Here at Kaiser Aluminum I started by training on the chop saw

cutting Aluminum pipes and getting samples for testing.

I also trained in running the press which is a big four ton press which

pushes out aluminum tubes through a hole using computer touch screen key

pads.

I also use the fork lift to move the recycling bin, and bring materials and

racks for loading up trucks.

2006-2008 Inline 4855 W. Mcdowell, Phoenix,AZ

CNC-operator

. At inline I ran two nakamura lathes that would clear excess weld

material on metal.

Here I learned most of my basic editing like putting programs in and

resetting and indicating tools, changing numbers in the offset page.

Most of my knowledge about controls is basically Fanuc and

haas controls and is able to do minor setups on haas machine.

2004-2006 Goodrich Aerospace 323, South Bracken Lane, Chandler

CNC-operator

. At this job I ran a CNC x-l-o grinder and made tank blades.

After parts where made here I learned how to use a

comparator and make molds to check inside radius and champhers.

Also have a little experience with a cmm inspection machine.

GED.

Interests

Learning maching codes and reading books, watching sports boxing and

outdoor activities.
