2. Cytokine production measurement, (TNF-(, IL-1?, IL-6, IL-10, MCP-1, MIP-

2, KC, PAF), pancreatic acinar cell isolation by collagenase digestion,

immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence study on isolated acinar

cells and pancreatic tissue sections.

3. Developed animal (mice, rat, rabbit) models of pancreatitis, animal

surgeries, osmotic pump implantation in animals.
