6/24/2008 - 12/26/09 Present Assistant General Manager Responsible for all store
operations. Accountable for cost control, general accounting. Supervised and motivated a
staff of over 30 employees. Trained service staff to enhance customer service and
increase profits through suggestive selling. Improved productivity and morale through
systems of accountability and by using effective training programs.
McSoft (Self employed)
5/03 - 1/08 Installed all of the company's computers, servers and cash registers (TEC
216, TEC 315, DataSym 6000, and Casio TE 8500F). Cash register trainer, application
programmer, and PC repair for the company. Installed Time Guardian employee time
punch system at all company locations and at the warehouse. Trained managers on how
to use the electronic clock and software. Designed, develop, maintain, test and debug
software and applications for businesses. Determined the impact of new programs on and
