SUMMARY

I'm very versatile. I work well with numbers. I have 25 years office

experience. Of that 25 years, 19 years were bookkeeping or accounting

clerk positions. I have knowledge of a lot of different types of office

equipment. I can handle several phone lines as well as knowledge of

computers. I have training in MS Word, Excel and Power Point. A lot of

the positions I held required working with the public. I'm kind and

considerate and usually get along well with fellow employees. I'm a team

player if position calls for it or I can work well alone. I have

experience in retail as well as cashier, sales associate, and stockroom

clerk. Because of an abusive marriage, I began sitting with the elderly

privately in 1996. I've had patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's,

Diabetes, Stroke, and inability to walk without a walker. I'm kind,

considerate, compassionate, honest, loyal, dedicated and reliable.

Punctuality is very important to me as well as getting the job done right.

I am burned out with care giving and would like to get back into the

public work force.

I have experience in most office equipment. I can answer several phone

lines, type, use computers(MS Word, Excel, and Power Point), copy machines,

calculators, postage meters, duplicating machines and Fax Machines. I have

experience in taking payments and processing, as well as Invoicing,

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Journal, Cash Disbursements

Journal, General Ledger, Deposits, Quarterly Taxes and some experience in

collections, setting up files and maintaining either in alphabetical or

numerical order.

1996-2010 Caregiver-Private. Sat with various elderly people including

persons with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Diabetes, Stroke, and inability to

walk without a walker. My duties have included: Meal preparation,

bathing(in bed, shower or sponge baths) dressing, assistance with walking

and therapy, laundry, medications, grocery lists and grocery shopping,

other errands to bank, beauty shop and eating out, trips to doctor's

office, and general cleaning.

baths), catherterizations, dressing(in bed as well as out of bed),
