PROFILE My abilities include working with all versions of Windows, and most Microsoft products. I also

have experience with Linux for 2+ years. I have been doing customer service in tech support and have been

working with computers for 8+ years. I have been a programmer and quality inspection. I have built websites

and help people with their sites. I type 60+ wpm, I am A+ Certified, and am attending college to gain a

degree in the Computer Science and Networking profession. I am currently learning PHP and Pearl and many

other programs. I am a team player and work hard to meet goals and objectives. I enjoy learning, I work best

when given instruction and am best when I am not micro managed. I understand IT and absorb it very

quickly, I am a fast learner, and am looking for a company to build my career with. It is my goal to excel

and third parties. Providing

support over a support chanel and providing phone support for professional accounts. Support

provided through email and chat. Also finding and reporting any problems with the product.

• 2007-2010- Sept 17, March 17, BLUEHOST- providing tech support for customers with hosting

packages, creating and troubleshooting their site, and working with the server as well as other

problems that may occur. I work with customers and can handle a fast pace as well as learn and pick

up new information very quickly. I work best without management, and so do not need help to stay

on task. I am able to work well under pressure and meet the goals that I am given on time. I

currently am required to take calls and help other techs, though I go beyond that measure in that I

and gave instructions on repairing, updating, and activating their computers.

• 1999-2002 June 14, July 27, MSN- Responsibilities included; Warehouse inventory, building and

testing reverse osmosis machines. I was also in charge of inbound and outbound shipping and

receiving, packaging and all the paper work involved in tracking and keeping inventory correct. I

worked independently without supervision.
