Summary of Qualifications

I was chosen to move to team lead at the Large Team downtown site to assist

in developing current and new sales representatives. In addition I was

asked to help with the existing practices in an effort to bring "best

practices" that I gained and practiced from my former location the

Jacksonville CBC Center and current location at Large Team in an effort to

increase overall sales results. While serving in this role, I have coached

and developed incumbent and incubation associates. I helped coach 4

Incubation classes; I mentored each perspective incumbent and incubation

associate to ensure their individual success while attempting to help them

achieve a senior representative role. I have consistently demonstrated that

I can effectively sell and provide excellent customer service for success

of the company. The company rewarded my success with the 2008 Sales

associate Circle of Excellence Pinnacle Award.

January 2009-May 25, 2010 Team Lead (AT&T South East formerly BellSouth)

Revised the Incubation curriculum, tailoring the material to better fit the

job title, therefore being more effective.

Created and instituted weekly "Tests for Knowledge" to test for

understanding of information covered as well as an accountability measure.

Met daily with Incubation associates to review previous day's achievements,

documentation, manage time and attendance, and guided them on daily

activities such as notations in accounts, self sufficiency and time

management.

Achieved results through speed and decisiveness with constant focus on

performance and strong focus on Call Flow.

I achieve more than satisfactory performance in the Large Team downtown

the JAX1 Large Team Center, and #153 in the Large team Region YTD.
