Shipping Loader (Forklift Operator)
Responsible for loading flatbed trucks and railcars with bundles that range from 3.5”x 36”x 8’ to 7” x 48” x 66’. Also responsible
for maintaining stock through the SAP program.

Production Line Forklift Operator
Job responsibilities included pulling a parts list and ordering all parts for strut assembly, delivering the parts to the
operators in each location, and taking the finished product from the line to the QA storage location.
General Forklift Operator
Job responsibilities included setting up boxes and pallet stacks for shock storage. When the boxes and pallets
were filled they were moved to the QA screening area.
Painter Operator
Job responsibilities included running a dip tank paint system for struts, paint mixing and proper coverage of units,
and reclaiming good head assemblies from reject struts.
Electrostatic Paint Booth Operator
Job responsibilities included mixing paint, testing paint for proper viscosity, assuring proper paint coverage on
each unit, assuring proper labeling of each unit, and making sure the line kept running.
General Laborer
Job responsibilities included checking struts for oil leaks, gas pressure, and welding defects. Job also required
hanging shocks to be painted, stacking shocks in boxes, placing plastic dirt shields on shocks, placing ID labels
on shocks. Also did any odd jobs that may have needed completing.
