management, software configuration management, drafting, librarian staff

for multi-billion dollar Army and Navy development/sustainment programs

(modeling&simulation; simulation&training programs) (Warfighter FOCUS,

Standard Missile). Work as part of CBTs and IPTs to support customers in

managing requirements, TDP baselines, and system configurations at CONUS

and OCONUS locations. Developed plan, approx 40 procedures, and customized

CMPRO, Telelogic and PDM database workflows, reports and build environments

as DBA. Support technical proposals. Chair CCBs. Primary customer

interface. Support quarterly site visits to implement processes, training,

and improved communications between program office, sites, and customers.

General Dynamics-C4S, Orlando, FL; Sept 2001-Nov 2006. Configuration/Data

Manager responsible for leading various Army Programs (Joint Tactical

Intelligence Model (JTIM) Program, the WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM)

Program, the JWFC Joint Development Integration Facility (JDIF) Program,

and Joint Simulation System (JSIMS) Program). Supported ISSM on secure

neworks; implemented and enforced computer security and Trusted Software

Development Methodology (TSDM) Standards for software development. Managed

millions of SLOC using Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest, and Rose. Developed

and maintained unix/Perl scripts; built custom web site; plans&40

procedures. Built and installed system software baselines;DBA for
