OBJECTIVE: My main objective is to learn as much as possible and take any

new opportunities offered to me. I am a quick learner and love taking

on new adventures. My goal is to pursue a career in Office management

or Administrative assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS

I'm a responsible soon to be UW-Madison Graduate with several years of

management experience along with many years of experience working with

customers and technology. Other experiences I have that involve

motivating others are in tutoring, teaching, babysitting, and being a

club leader as well as being apart of a team. My technology

experience includes entering data, using spreadsheets, typing notes,

creating power points, flyers, brochures, and using many different

general computer programs such as Excel, Microsoft works, Microsoft

Office, Lotus notes, early cloud, Adobe Illustrator and apples works.

I've taken many computer courses throughout middle school and high

school. Also, I've taken orders or reservations by phone and over the

counter. This experience entails entering them either into a computer

or into a reservation book/file cabinet. I am a fast learner with

great customer service and team work experience. I Type 80 wpm and

have many years of answering phone experience.

Corrections

Tasks: Alphabetizing health service requests by innate names

and by numeric id when names are repeated, looking inmate's

location in WICs or Locator to send files, writing out mailing

addresses to institutions, sorting different forms, prepping for

scanning and scanning with Kofax system releasing to an E-client

data base.

May 2007-Present Pro-shop Manager, Pleasant View Golf course

I have done every job offered at Pleasant View. Currently I

help manage the pro-shop where I take Tee time reservations over

the phone and enter them into the computer; I also cashier and

restock shelves. My duty as assistant manager is to create

flyers promoting events and specials at Pleasant View, type of

monthly summary for manager, training new employees, and ensure

that employees are completing their assigned duties.

May 2004-2007 Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Assisted manager in setting up for outings, following proper

rules and regulations for serving food, cooked, bartended,

supervised employees, trained new employees, restock shelves and

coolers.

October 2007- December 2009 Afterschool Club lead Teacher/Summer

assistant teacher MSCR Playful Kids learning Center: Each week

I create lesson plans and lead activities for elementary school

children. In these lesson plans I try to incorporate activities

for all the different types of children and their learning

styles. I also made sure my co-teacher followed policies and

state regulations.

Nov 2006-April 2007 Temporary Insurance Rep at Cuna Mutual

Insurance (QTI)

I answered questions regarding accidental death and

dismemberment insurance and answered basic questions about term

and whole life. If the question needed to be answered by a

licensed representative, I filled out leads through Lotus notes

and Microsoft office. I also called members to review their

details of their insurance applications and correct anything

that was inaccurate and typed in mailed applications.
