Construction Superintendent - Supervising and coordinating crews of
construction professionals to successfully complete renovations, tenant
improvements, and new construction for retail and commercial clients,
working closely with and establishing a rapport with project managers,
clients, city and county officials. Maintained detailed communication
process through usage of online tools, including electronic status reports,
digital progress documentation, L2CAD Site Surveying Process and As Built
Systems, generating accurate and
itemized field reports, aiding in the ability to track project progress on
a daily basis. Supervised McDonald's coffee roll-out remodels while
remaining open to public, Levi Strauss outlet store remodels, and
WaMu/Chase Bank conversions, re-branding and electronic installations,
while banks remained open to the public.

materials in a manner proven to maintain project budget and time

and grading, foundations, complete construction and interior trade
installations.

Projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000, established cost reduction
means - in one specific case, I saved the client $750,000.

review of blueprints with architects, engineers and all trade
supervisors, isolating and eliminating any project conflicts.

satisfaction. Commercial projects included but not limited to privately

$900,000 to $4 million.

o Maintained complete accurate project documentation throughout the
construction process, guaranteeing the rapid elimination of any design
