PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
ROY'S HAWAIIAN FUSION, Philadelphia, Pa June '09-
April '10
Hospitality Manager
I am responsible for the training and staffing of all Front of House(FOH)
personnel. I am responsible for the implementation, tempo and overall
design of taking new hires through Roy's hiring process. My other most
important job task is guest relations. The teaching and insurance of the
highest fine dining techniques and service standards is a responsibility of
mine, which I am proud to hold. Other weekly/daily responsibilities include
ordering office/restaurant supplies, all daily money matters, facilitating
communication between our Managing Partner and home office, labor and sales
projections, keeping in touch with advertising contacts, building private
dining reservations through friends and business contacts and all
scheduling for FOH (upto 25 employees).
DAVIO'S NORTHERN ITALIAN STEAKHOUSE, Philadelphia, Pa June '07-
June '09
Manager
In a multi outlet setting, I played many roles. At most points, I
supervised a 25 seat bar, 25 seat lounge and 140 seat fine dining
restaurant. If the Catering Manager was off site, I oversaw the set up,
execution and reset of several private dining rooms. I was responsible for
the daily operations of the restaurant, including the restaurant's set up,
staffing and training of personnel and all money matters. In this great
setting, I "earned my brass" at my first fine dining and management
position.
MAGGIANO'S LITTLE ITALY, Philadelphia, Pa December '05- June

MAITRE 'd and CARRYOUT SUPERVISOR
As the Maitre 'd, I was the FOH key employee. I supervised a host staff of
up to 5, maintained a massive 600 seat restaurant (2 dining rooms) and
touched tables even as an hourly employee. When acting as the Carry Out
Supervisor, the staffing, scheduling, daily operation and
inventory/ordering were my responsibilities. Here I learned
professionalism, time management and interacted with a diverse clientele
and staff.
