program budget requirements and the procurement and maintenance of

electronic and formal technical publications; establishment of Fleet baseline

requirements, for the automated distribution of publications; the design,

development, and implementation of cross-functional training plans; and direct

reporting of program status to the Squadron Commander. Specific duties
