management capacity; most recently, as a Human Resources Supervisor, the sole Human

Resources agent, at the Waynesburg, Pennsylvania plant of Kyowa America Corporation, and

initially as a Human Resources Manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse. Here is a

quick “snap-shot” of my experience in the Human Resources field:
