10/12-Present Kyowa America Mold Process Tech

Responsible for 10 Toshiba injection presses including

troubleshooting, mold changes and maintenance. We produce

molded parts that are painted for Toyota. 5S is a strong part of this

plant.

11/09-10/12 SALGA PLASTICS ABC GROUP Team Leader

Company supplies automotive parts to all suppliers. I supervised 2

Blow molding machines and 15 injection presses. I was

responsible for all production and quality paperwork. This was a

working supervisors position. Doing mold changes, start up and

shut downs of all presses. 5S. 8D and SPC are some off the

processes that we did.

09/07-11/09 SUMNER MOVERS Crew Leader and Truck Driver

I was responsible for 4-10 people loading, delivering, and unloading

household, and commercial furniture.

05/07-09/07 PREMIUM MOLDING INC. – Shift Supervisor

Company supplied custom blow molded products. 19 presses ranging

from 5# up to 75# Sterlings and Akeia, Comec, shuttle presses. See

.08/06-11/06 NEOCON USA – Production Manager

Tier 1 supplier of blow molded storage units for SUV’s. Responsible for

a 3 shift blow molding operation with a total o f 30 employees.

Company supplied to Ford, GM & Daimler Chrysler.

12/95-08/06 Plastech - Shift Supervisor

Responsible for production outcomes, reporting, QS9000 and

TS16949 compliance, I have had SPC training. I was the forklift -

training officer for all employees. Supervisory aut hority of 70 plus

employees. I am mechanically inclined, with extensive knowledge of

Blow Molding equipment. Battenfield-Hartig, Sterlings, Apv, Impco, B-

15 and B-30 machinery. I worked in maintenance and was a process

tech for 2 years so I have a lot of processing knowledge. Some

exposure injection molding machines. .

Through out the years I have strived to learn as much as I could. I

have been very lucky to have had the ability to learn about blow

molding and injection processes. I hope to contin ue to learn new

things

and Supervisor. Due to a decline in orders and production, his position at Premium Molding, Inc. was

eliminated.
