Sales Clerk and Cashier. While working at Wal Mart I made sure that my area was clean
and organized; I was also responsible for taking care of the customer’s complaints.
(August 2004 – September 2006) Dr. Jon Burdzy
File clerk/ Receptionist. While working for Dr. Burdzy my job entailed scheduling and
rescheduling appointments, collecting co pays, answering phones, faxing referrals, and
filing charts. Also while working here I helped convert all paper charts to our new
paperless system.
(November 2007 – October 2010) Affordable Dentures
Dental Receptionist. This position is responsible for checking patients in and out,
answering telephones with a smile and answer all questions to the best of my ability. I do
end of day procedures and am in charge of taking the daily deposits to the bank. Also while
being at this job I have had the opportunity to learn a few dental assisting details.
