Hello, my name is Aaron Painter and I consider myself to have a very hard

work ethic. I'm outgoing, easy to get along with, and always keeping myself

busy. I love to be around people and enjoy a challenge. I'm ambitious and

like to be apart of a team. I am very knowledgeable and a great problem

solver; I finish the tasks that are given to me in the best way possible

I've been with Sears for two years and have worked in the electronics

department. I have tons of sales experience and plenty of knowledge on

customer needs. I'm in charge of many merchandise floor plans that keep the

sales floor presentable, and strive to make sure every customer takes home

what they need the first time.

I was in charge of many floor resets and sold women's shoes. I worked on

commission and worked hard for just under a year. I later moved to sears

for a better opportunity.

I have plenty of sales experience, and an extreme amount of training. I can
