sized full-service real estate company. Located at the Richard J. Daley
Center, a landmarked governmental building with one of the largest
courthouses in the country, projects included $20M sprinkler retrofit,
elevator and escalator modernization, property condition assessment, LEED
feasibility study, security improvements and energy performance contract
evaluation. Reviewed and negotiated contracts, led project team meetings,
and developed scope and budget for proposals. Executed both hard-bid and
negotiated contracts. Coordinated management of existing asbestos
materials impacted by all projects. Involved landlord, government tenants,
managing agent and contractors as project team.
