Thirty four years combined leadership, experience and education with DOD

Summary of Experience: I have worked on various types of communications-
electronics equipment during my career. Engineering Support Division for
the Navy. Test, troubleshoot and repair to the component level an array of
communication electronic equipment to include disk drives, monitors,
keyboards, computer circuit boards to support the Naval Environmental
Support System as an Electronics Technician. Computer Equipment Support
Division for the Navy. Satellite and Meteorological Data Acquisition and
Processing. Computer Control Center Equipment Maintenance- Maintained,
tested, repaired, run diagnostics on most of the equipment in the Computer
Center to include Disk drives, Magnetic Tape Drives, Disk Controllers,
Modems and Terminals related to the Main Frame Computers. Maintained Sun
Systems and work stations, Tactical Environmental Support System and
Satellite Processing Computer Upgrade (SPCU). This was a Concurrent
Mainframe Computer System that we maintained 100% to the disk and circuit
board level, to include the terminals. It processed our satellite data
received via Harris Receiving Satellites sent through the Harris Interface
Satellite Receiving Equipment and then processed by our Mainframe Computer.
We ran diagnostics, tested, troubleshot and repaired the entire SPCU
Mainframe Computer. USAF- Navigational Aids Equipment. Troubleshoot, test
and repaired all the Ground Nav-Aids. Have participated as a Team Member in
the installation of Technical Control facilities from the ground up
overseas and for the Pentagon. Recently worked on 2nd Generation Wireless
LAN for Harris Corp. Have performed in the capacity of Team Lead on
multiple assignments overseas and stateside, the most recent being LAN
Support Division for HQ Air Force Material Command at Wright Patterson AFB.
Have trained personnel in the correct procedures for terminating Fiber
Optics Cables and other training requirements for numerous assignments.
Have worked within the Remedy system to the level of data entry and adding
micros to the system when required at Wright Pat AFB. I have provided
technical support for numerous equipment installations, modifications and
removals as well as participated in all of the above as well.
