run all police and background checks, reference and motor vehicle checks,
drug screening.
_ Applicant recruitment i.e. ads, job fairs, community networking
organizations, on-line recruitment, etc. covering both our Ohio and
Michigan company base i.e. Toledo & Bowling Green in Ohio as well as
Adrian, Ann Arbor, Tecumseh, & Dundee.
_ Authored and updated the employee handbook with policies and
procedures.
_ Oversee new hire orientation/training including OSHA, safety, drug
testing for industrial job sites.
_ Employee compliance related to COBRA, HIPPA, and FMLA regulations.

return injured worker to worksite.
_ Process all employee unemployment claims to include state hearings.
