Special Projects Assistant Monroe County 2003-2008
Responsible for all administrative aspects of the airline, land lease and
concession revenue contracts and some of the expense contracts at the
Greater Rochester International Airport. Drafted new contracts, Requests
for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs); coordinated
the bid processes included legal filings, participated as a member of the
selection committees and in contract negotiations. Monitored each
contractor's compliance with contract terms including rent/percentage
payments, insurance and security bonds and followed through with
contractors to resolve problems, and to identify, analyze and recommend
additional revenue opportunities. Addressed necessary or desirable changes
to leaseholds or premises and drafted letters and amendments. Created
revenue contract computer data base for use by Department of Aviation.
Gathered data, prepared spreadsheets and analyzed each tenant's revenue
history on monthly basis. Acted as a liaison with Department of Law and
with the airline property managers, corporate managers and officers
concerning their contracts at the Airport.

1998
Coordinated all activities relating to the sale of Essex investment
products (limited partnerships, private stock offerings, mortgage notes):
prepared the Prospectus/Offering Memorandum and application with attorneys
and created sales literature and slides for sales executives and
presentations to clients; managed the application process including
compliance review and set up of investors' files; established and
maintained escrow accounts including making deposits and conducting all
formal closings of an offering. Represented proprietary sales during NASD
and SEC reviews. With an IT consultant developed and maintained a unique
database of investors' records that enabled company to produce up-to-date
investor lists, reports, personalized mailings and earnings checks for
