Special Projects Assistant Monroe County 2003-2008

Responsible for all administrative aspects of the airline, land lease and

concession revenue contracts and some of the expense contracts at the

Greater Rochester International Airport. Drafted new contracts, Requests

for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs); coordinated

the bid processes included legal filings, participated as a member of the

selection committees and in contract negotiations. Monitored each

contractor's compliance with contract terms including rent/percentage

payments, insurance and security bonds and followed through with

contractors to resolve problems, and to identify, analyze and recommend

additional revenue opportunities. Addressed necessary or desirable changes

to leaseholds or premises and drafted letters and amendments. Created

revenue contract computer data base for use by Department of Aviation.

Gathered data, prepared spreadsheets and analyzed each tenant's revenue

history on monthly basis. Acted as a liaison with Department of Law and

with the airline property managers, corporate managers and officers
