Worked as Project Manager in the Commissioning and Acceptance Dept. at the

National Enrichment Facility of LES, Louisiana Energy Services in Hobbs,

NM. Start-up and Commissioning Mechanical Systems and Buildings. Develop

and maintain schedules for testing, Develop testing procedures,

documentation of operatinal control, P&ID's, as-built drawings, CR's,

DCR's, ECN's, and Turn-Over documentation. Project involved NRC procedures

Veatch responsible for the Structural Steel installation, platform

redesign, as-built sketches, close-out documentation.

Sugar Creek Power Plant, West Terre Haute, Indiana

Client: Mirant Power Corp.

Site Project Controls Engineer on Phase One of a 1000 MW power plant,

consisting of 4 GE frame 7 gas turbines / generator sets, 4 HRGS's, 2 GE

Steam Turbine / Generator sets, three switchyards, Administration Bldg, 2 -

8 cell FRP Cooling Towers, and all balance of plant facilities.

Great River Energy - Pleasant Valley Station, Dexter, Minnesota

Client: Great River Energy

Lead Construction Engineer for the construction of a simple cycle gas

turbine power plant with two gas turbines, two generators, and balance of

plant support facilities (2000 to 2001).

St. Francis power Plant Unit 1 and 2, Glennonville, Missouri

Client: AECI Power Company

Lead Construction Engineer / Construction - Contract Manager

Combined cycle single shaft power plant consisting of two Gas turbines, two

generators, two heat recovery steam Generators, 2 - 8 cell FRP Cooling

Towers, and two steam turbines. This was a green-field site and all of the

site facilities for the balance of plant and Support facilities were also

part of the project. Total power plant capacity was 1100 megawatts. The

plant was completed in early 2001 (1997 to 1999)

Mcintosh Power Plant, Mcintosh, Alabama

Simple cycle gas turbine power plant with two gas turbines, two Generators,

and balance of plant support facilities. (1996 to 1997). AEC Power

4000 sq ft Multi-Modality Out-Patient Facility

Client: South Shore Imaging Associates, Rockville Center, N.Y.

Determined the design and layout of the facility, and supervised the

construction of the facility, which included MRI, CT, radiography and

fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and mammography (1986 to 1990).

Health Science Center at Brooklyn, Brooklyn, New York

As Project Construction Manager, duties included on-site representative of

General Electric Company, Medical Systems Group, responsible for the turn-

key construction management of medical facilities, which consisted of a

5000 sq Ft MRI addition (1986 to 1990).

Coal Gasification Plant, East Alton, Illinois

Client: Allis-Chalmers Corp.

Work involved the planning, estimating, and scheduling of the coal

gasification plant to be built in East Alton, Ill. Interacted with process

engineers to learn the process, equipment, and develop a schedule by which

to plan the fast track engineering and construction. There were numerous

trips to the architects and engineers for the project. Became Vice

President of "KilnGas R & D Inc. - a wholly owned Subsidiary of Allis

Chamers Corp. in the spring of 1981. Primary on-site responsibilities

included establishing the jobsite office, procedures, policies, and

managerial systems and project controls required for the construction of

the plant.

Position involved the procurement of all equipment and materials used by

the trade crafts. All capital equipment was purchased and supplied by Ohio

Edison.

Uranium Recovery Facilities, Lynchburg, Virginia

Client: Babcock and Wilcox Co., Inc.

Spent one year at Babcock and Wilcox's naval nuclear fuel division.

Involving construction of a uranium recovery facility. AEC (Atomic Energy

Commission) and DOD (Department of Defense) clearances were required. AEC

is now referred to as NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) Responsibilities

included the supervision of the construction trades, ordering of

construction materials and equipment, and the coordination of the project

with the plant engineering department at the main office in Barberton, Ohio

(1967 to 1968).

7.5 MEV (Million Electron Volt) X-Ray Building and Facilities

Client: Babcock and Wilcox Co., Inc

Spent one year at Babcock and Wilcox's Mount Vernon, Indiana plant as

jobsite Superintendent responsible for the construction of a 7.5 MEV

(Million Electron Volt) x-ray building and facilities (1970 to 1971).
