National Enrichment Facility of LES, Louisiana Energy Services in Hobbs,

Combined cycle single shaft power plant consisting of two Gas turbines, two
generators, two heat recovery steam Generators, 2 - 8 cell FRP Cooling
Towers, and two steam turbines. This was a green-field site and all of the
site facilities for the balance of plant and Support facilities were also
part of the project. Total power plant capacity was 1100 megawatts. The

Coal Gasification Plant, East Alton, Illinois
Client: Allis-Chalmers Corp.
Work involved the planning, estimating, and scheduling of the coal
gasification plant to be built in East Alton, Ill. Interacted with process
engineers to learn the process, equipment, and develop a schedule by which
to plan the fast track engineering and construction. There were numerous
trips to the architects and engineers for the project. Became Vice
President of "KilnGas R & D Inc. - a wholly owned Subsidiary of Allis
Chamers Corp. in the spring of 1981. Primary on-site responsibilities
included establishing the jobsite office, procedures, policies, and
managerial systems and project controls required for the construction of
the plant.

Client: Babcock and Wilcox Co., Inc.
Spent one year at Babcock and Wilcox's naval nuclear fuel division.
Involving construction of a uranium recovery facility. AEC (Atomic Energy
Commission) and DOD (Department of Defense) clearances were required. AEC
is now referred to as NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) Responsibilities
included the supervision of the construction trades, ordering of
construction materials and equipment, and the coordination of the project
with the plant engineering department at the main office in Barberton, Ohio
(1967 to 1968).
7.5 MEV (Million Electron Volt) X-Ray Building and Facilities

Spent one year at Babcock and Wilcox's Mount Vernon, Indiana plant as
