Welder/Fabricator and Supervisor of weld and machine shop for Middle East

contract working in extreme danger, stress and physical hardships within a

desert camp complex in extreme seasonal temperature. Responsible for

receiving assignments, instructions, and direction from the U. S. Military

or In-Country Foreman. Read and interpret instructions and documentation

and plans work activities. Moves materials and equipment to work locations

and set up work site. Lays out, fits, and welds fabricated, cast, and

forged components to assemble structural forms such as military equipment,

machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells, and building and

bridge parts. Install structural parts, components, and assemblies.

Monitors and/or perform activities at all stages of projects. Complete

records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up

activities. Implement and maintain safety rules and procedures providing

training to others as and when required. Tow Motor Operator Certified.

the supervisor. Implement quality initiatives across the division.

Quality Control: Responsible for internal supplier focus, including

preventative and corrective actions. Develop and manage projects to reduce

quality related costs to plant in Alabama. Served as liaison between local

solutions to plate cylinder. Examined printed copy for ink density,

position on paper and register adjustments to press throughout production

run to maintain specific registration. Performed proper and required

maintenance.
