Miscellaneous Duties
In this job I was assigned to do farm work such as cleaning orchids, sorting onions,
sorting tomatoes, sorting peppers. Sometimes I was in charge of managing 20 people, setting
them up in the fields and telling them exactly what they were suppose to do in that particular
day. Duties varied depending on the season we were working on. Sometimes I was part of the
crew of farmers, and sometimes I was the Supervisor's assistant.

Production
This is a tomato plant, where they mainly product is tomato sauce. They produce a
variety of sauces, for which they have a recipe for each sauce. They have a room called
Ingredient room in there I was assigned to weight all the ingredients required for each recipe. I
use a weight scale which had to be calibrated every day. After I weight the ingredient I was to
pour it in to a bag and than seal the bag. Finish with that particular ingredient and move on to the
other one. At the end of my shift I was responsible to give my supervisor a total of recipes I
finished and a list of ingredients that need it to be order.

I worked here as a CNA, My duties were to take care of 15 residents. Residents were in
wheelchairs or paralyzed, so I was responsible in assisting them with their daily needs, such as
bathing, eating, shaving, getting up from bed, assisting them to go to the bathroom, and much
more with their daily life. I would check their vital sings; I would do inputs and outputs on a
daily basis. I would do creative activities with them as well.
