Qualifications

Over 7 years of leadership experience in teaching, training, counseling, scheduling, and evaluating a diverse group of

people from youths to adults in both a professional and volunteer role.

Achievements

Led 24 to 44 youth ranging in age from 15 to 19 years old in a controlled environment. Responsible for their daily training both

physical and academic. Provided crisis intervention by de-escalating potentially violent situations. Graduation increased by

20 percent in high school diplomas presented to youth previously removed from public education.

Managed the probationary progress, leadership evaluations, tri-monthly performance and behavioral/disciplinary reports as

required. Implemented various ways to standardize reporting resulted in a 15 percent drop in rewrites.

Led a team of loadmasters performing loadmaster functions for a multi-million dollar corporation. Performed hands on training,

stayed through implementation and end of month reporting. A 100 percent improvement seen in the 1st few months in

computing weights and balances, safety and security of cargo headed for all parts of Alaska and the pacific.

Led a brainstorming session to better manage the diets and training for small and large zoo animals. Performed nightly security

and perimeter checks while assessing daily food intake and heath care logs. Our team’s ideas were incorporated saving

thousands of dollars the first year in health care expenses while increasing the animals quality of life..

Managed the redistribution and storage of supplies and equipment within a security aviation facility. This resulted in saving

thousands of dollars over a one year period..

Controlled the entrance and exiting city employees of a municipality building in Anchorage, Alaska. Resulted in no loss of

lives or inventory during my watch.

Monitored security cameras, ensured the safety of personnel, supplies and equipment, and the building as a whole. Resulted in

a year accident free and supplies, equipment and the building secure under my watch.
